The One Act Play Festival is a one act play festival where all the plays are performed at the same venue, usually in late May or early June. NANDA took over the local One Act Festival from the British Drama League in 1968.
The Youth Festival is a one act play festival specifically for the eighteen and under, usually in April. NANDA's first Youth Festival was in 1990.
The Play Writing Festival is a biannual(ish) one act play festival where original (i.e. unpublished) plays of less than one hour, are adjudicated in written form and the six or so short listed are given a performance before the final adjudication, entries in by Christmas, for performance around the end of June. NANDA's first Play Writing Festival was in 1977.
